I gave it a thumb because of how much work the animator put into it. Which doesn't look like much... Oh well, made me reminisce about my childhood. Nostalgia for the win.

That's some sort of sacrilege right there, it's about as bad as drawing dicks on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel.
Also, given the choppy movement and literal copy-paste of a 65 year old cartoon, this HAD to have been some sort of art school project or software test.
Given that it's probably some kind of animation test, it's really good.
But I'm still wondering what kind of person would do something like this unironically...
