So I recently started a new, custom, Pathfinder adventure with a couple of friends.
The campaign is called "Wrath of the Sandman" ... but it would be better known as "The Broseidon Adventures"
So we have two players and a GM,
D is playing a Human Fighter who specializes in, essentially, stabbing everything.
I play 'Broseidon', a Half-Orc Rogue, who has a +12 to Intimidate at level 1, not to mention his +7 to bluff.
And then there is the GM, C.
Now, this adventure started off in good old DnD setting, at an Inn/Tavern. (The GM is new, don't hate)
Broseidon and D were having drinks and introduced themselves to one another.
To shorten this up a bit, we both have our problems..
D completely avoided telling his story whereas Broseidon had no problem revealing his life.
Broseidon is the adopted son of Zeus..
As a toddler he started benching and just couldn't get enough. When he turned 15 Zeus told him that he wanted him to take his place one day among the gods but Broseidon couldn't deal with that and went into a rage-induced benching spree that got him banished.
He spent almost all his gold on buying armor with glowing lightning bolts flowing down his arms and legs..
We're talking 140 gold out his total of 180..this armor grants him extreme power however..at least he thinks so.
So anyway, they talk to the townsfolk and find out that a new breed of large beetle has been terrorizing the town and were they to stop it, they'd recieve a handsome reward.
After slaying most of the beetles, and returning to the town with two gems, Broseidon sold his gem to a dark elf offering 300 gold for it. After a quick sleight of hand check, he replaced the gem with a normal pebble and asked for another 200 in exchange for him disclosing the location of another gem. (Keep in mind he had no idea)
Basically, after hardly doing anything other than avoiding fights he ended up with 500 gold and a powerful gem.
He will bench every creature he finds, and if he can't he will scream at it until it turns on it's allies. There is no stopping Broseidon, he is eternal.
I'll keep you updated with his adventures.
