Alcohol is made naturally through anaerobic respiration.
Weed on the other hand has been grown for centuries, it's been artificially evolved to grow stronger weed.

Man made weed.
God made booze.

The process of alcohol being made can't be stopped in nature unless every single fungus that makes alcohol is wiped out.
The process of making weed can be stopped by wiping out one plant.

Many alcoholic drinks wont exist without man, but many variations of weed wouldn't either.

(I'm not that well educated on how alcohol is made but i know that vodka has something to do with fermented potatoes. lol)
