Even that's unreliable. They're not held to any health or safety standards--so if the plants even accidentally come into contact with a poisonous substance, or they become infected, or something like that, it's hard to hold them liable. They can get turned in--but that would involve incriminating the person who ratted on them.

I'm not saying all of it is poisonous, but you are at a greater risk when compared to a more regulated industry.

I cannot speak for others, but I smoke every day, and I work monday-friday 9-5 at a job that requires a shit load of driving. I have never gotten a ticket, I have never crashed, I have never even hit a mailbox.

Driving high should be equal to driving under the influence, though I wouldn't know since I haven't tried. But according to driving schools and such, that is the case.

Regardless of what penalties they have, I drive better than most people I see on the road. I have had to swerve to avoid other drivers multiple times because THEY weren't paying attention and If I wasn't as good of a driver as I am we would have both crashed.

Yeah, some people drive horrible even though they're completetly sober, I know.
But take into consideration that they cannot be fined for being bad drivers, while you may very well be fined for being under the influence.
Or even worse, you may make stupid mistakes that'll kill you.

What exactly is it you think the statistics show? ALL the numbers show deaths RELATED to for example poor diet or marijuana.

No, you do not know that a lot of people died from falling of buildings because they smoked marijuana.

They are not "my stats". No deaths have been attributed to marijuana.
Don't take me wrong, I believe that there have probably been a few deaths related to marijuana (car accidents, allergic reactions and so on). I am also certain that the war on drugs have caused MUCH more suffering than marijuana. I will bet you ANYTHING that marijuana related deaths are nothing compared to for example alcohol.

well then its pretty obvious that there should be some result for Weed also it doesn't tell us out of what sample they took this. what location, what kind of community, the amount consumed/smoked/whatever even average per individual for instance you could have 1 person have 1 puff of weed and another that died 50 bottles of alcohol @not proper results.
