Whats wrong with this? Empty bottle? So what she must be drunk then? There is a test for that! Girls likely to have panic attack or something like that in these situations and accidents happen! That doesn't mean she is a criminal and should be locked up!

And you really think that the other girl just sold that one time and her only crime is just that she sold a little this and that? Are you really that naive?
I know that FJ community is mostly kids but this kind of stupidity is just wrong! Learn some sociology kids! (I did too)

i think the point is that the woman on the left has 4 mouths to feed and she is trying to make a little extra money to feed her kids by selling a harmless herb.

the woman on the right however was drinking and driving (not a single **** given) ran over a guy (still not a single **** given) and drove off without any inclination to possibly help the guy out by calling the cops.

you need to check your hypotenuses bro

She panicked. She turned herself in after she came to her senses, that adds to her sense of humanity. And comparison stories like this often pick and choose what facts they want to show . The charge was more than just selling weed to an undercover cop: "Because children were in the home, a charge of possession of a dangerous substance in the presence of a minor was added." Also: "When Spottedcrow was booked, after her sentence was handed down, marijuana was found in the jacket she was wearing. She pleaded guilty to that additional charge and was sentenced to two years running concurrent with the previous sentence." (www.Tulsaworld. com)
Now you could make the case that Spottedcrow was used as an example case in an effort to deter other sensible dealers from their illicit behaviors. Check out the video found here www.tulsaworld.com/news/art... You'll clearly see that the woman's case has resulted in her turning aside from that illegal behavior. The fact that a video was made showing the impact of what appears to be a small decision in the face of the law shows that the video may serve to dissuade others from their ways as well. The hypotenuse is 5√3

the whole point of this post is to show that marijuana is completely harmless and it is more morally acceptable to sell weed, than it is to run someone the **** over and kill them, and then leave the scene.

You're going to respond and try to get the last word, go for it. Its very simple. Your a 15 year old kid who thinks getting high is cool, yeah, whatever. If you're going to commit an act, accept the risks associated with it instead of denying their existence. You're completely wrong with your thinking and I'm not wasting more of my time taking to a wall. reply to this, whatever, I'm just ignoring it

The women hit a man and drove off. No she's not a criminal, but she's a ******* idiot and should be locked up for it.

Also... Oh my god she sold MJ.. What a crime, much worse than killing a man, even if it was unintentional.... I mean seriously... Marijuana can't kill, so there is a huge difference...

It can. Any substance can. Whoever disagrees is a naive person.

.... It would take about 15-30.000 joints in 20 min. to get a toxic amount of THC Delta 9

*groan* *insert below point because you didn't bother to read my step-by-step, simple causes-and-direct-effects possible scenario below*

Any chemical unbalance in the system of an organism can lead to death through various ways. I'm going to so with a simple one. You agree that cigarettes can kill? But why does smoking decrease a person's lifespan? Is it the nicotine? No, not directly. It is, in fact, the inhalation of smoke. No matter what you smoke, be it cigarettes, cigars, pot, grass, paper, lettuce, etc. inhaling smoke prevents oxygen from reaching the walls of your lungs. This kills some of the oxygen deprived cells every time smoke is inhaled. The dead cells then need to be replaced, and the remaining living cells reproduce through mitosis (Biology 101 not going into it here). Now anytime a cell reproduces there is a chance that the copied
*groan* *insert copy+paste because you didn't bother to read my step-by-step, simple causes-and-direct-effects possible scenario below*

DNA will form a mutation. Its how different species adapt, evolves, and survive. However, if a cell develops a mutation that causes it to reproduces errattically, than thats just what it will do. Each new cell formed will also reproduce far too quickly. Eventually a tumor will be formed from the mass of cells. Do you know what that type of mutation is called? You might have heard of it before, its called cancer. You might also have heard that cancer, does in fact, kills people. Smoking any substance can lead to the development of throat, mouth, and lung cancer. Any substance, when smoked, can cause harm and death.
User avatar #359 to #358 - istoleyourface (02/26/2012) [-]
.... 1. Read up on Cannabis and THC, actually it helps prevent cancer IE said mutations

2. Look at how many people smoke things everyday, now look at how many of them get cancer through just a few joints/cigarettes/cigars per month, the number infinitely low..

3. Of course, anything can be a health hazard, ******* cheeseburgers, soda, anything at all, but the fact is that you were talking about the substance MJ, not the ways of taking it, but the drug it self.

4. Idc to continue this argument.

Weed can kill. Point made.

what about eating it? or vaping perhaps. you dont have to smoke it ya know
a Harvard study released on April 17, 2007 shows that the active ingredient in marijuana, THC, cuts tumor growth in common lung cancer in half and significantly reduces the ability of the cancer to spread
if you want to talk about danger, its easier to overdose on water than it is to overdose on weed.
weed cures cancer and you cant possibly overdose on it. point made
#352 to #351 - hvacian (02/26/2012) [-]
You can overdose on any chemical imbalance. I don't deal with stats because they can be severely misleading. there are case studies i have personally studied that have shown THC to produce detrimental effects in its users that can and have resulted in death
