Honestly bro? Stop smoking for a few weeks, take the initial drug test for the job, and go back to toking afterwards. They won't retest you unless you're showing up to work high all the time or if there's some sort of accident they could be held liable for. It's not that big of a deal to not smoke for a few weeks to get a job.
