First of all, this was in Shrek 2. Second of all, MFW catnip doesn't come in a bottle. It's an herb.
#31 to #3 - felttipwizard (04/30/2012) [-]
The letter H is a consonant (and it's not Y), as much as you idiots like to think otherwise, it's "a herb" not "an 'erb"
User avatar #33 to #31 - zarcos (04/30/2012) [-]
Actually it can be either depending on how you pronounce "herb".
#34 to #33 - felttipwizard (04/30/2012) [-]
and any other way than "herb" is wrong.
User avatar #36 to #34 - zarcos (04/30/2012) [-]
It can be pronounced Ûrb or hûrb both are correct.
#38 to #36 - felttipwizard (04/30/2012) [-]
It's not french, it was derived from the Latin word "herba" so pronouncing it erb, is just an American bastardisation of the word, no one in England calls it erb.
User avatar #39 to #38 - zarcos (04/30/2012) [-]
I'm not sure if you realize this but there are other countries that speak English and they all have their own pronunciations, spellings and colloquialisms that are all equally correct.
#40 to #39 - felttipwizard (04/30/2012) [-]
Well, there is an original English, no? Then it should stay that way, anyone spelling it differently is either wrong, or a new language.
User avatar #41 to #40 - zarcos (04/30/2012) [-]
Yes there is an original English.....it is called Old English, go learn it if you want.

#42 to #41 - felttipwizard (04/30/2012) [-]
Exactly, it's got a different name.
User avatar #29 to #3 - zepplien ONLINE (04/30/2012) [-]

User avatar #16 to #3 - klukkluk (04/30/2012) [-]

They escape from prison so i dont see why he would get his stuff back.

Well in Shrek 2 Shrek changes in a human. The ''good'' fairy then sends him donkey and puss to prison. Eventually theyre rescued by other fairytale characters. And after that they raid Far Far Away castle with a giant ginger bread man.

it's possible to put it in a bottle.
User avatar #7 to #6 - ravenseclipse (04/30/2012) [-]
true, but why would you put it in a bottle? Baggies are so much more convenient..
User avatar #8 to #7 - deathlordgusta (04/30/2012) [-]
they didn't have plastic back then, and fine fabrics weren't cheap
User avatar #9 to #8 - ravenseclipse (04/30/2012) [-]
back then as in when?
User avatar #10 to #9 - deathlordgusta (04/30/2012) [-]
well shrek is of course in a fictional world based on our medieval period, so I assume they don't have any access to plastic.
User avatar #11 to #10 - ravenseclipse (04/30/2012) [-]
Uh, and yet they have access to microphones, and electric lights, and factory machinery... it's a fictional world. It doesn't follow any rules. Go watch all the shrek movies, you'll see some modern stuff in almost every movie.
User avatar #12 to #11 - deathlordgusta (04/30/2012) [-]
you got a point there, though i haven't ever seen transparent plastic in the movies.
User avatar #13 to #12 - ravenseclipse (04/30/2012) [-]
The second one, when they get arrested, the police frisk him and find a baggie of catnip.

User avatar #4 to #3 - megamanfan (04/30/2012) [-]
uh.. no. i've never seen this scene in shrek 2
User avatar #5 to #4 - ravenseclipse (04/30/2012) [-]
It was practically exactly the same. They got arrested, and they found a bag of catnip on him and his quote was "Uh, iz no mine"
