it's not just you, lots of people have bad trips off salvia and I suspect it's smoking too much. When I smoked it I was having this amazing trip where I was a mega unicorn flying through a wormhole in time. Because it was so amazing I thought it would be a good idea to take just one more hit....after that shit got scary as fuck and there was zero happy trip left
