Nope, here in Washington State it was legalized for recreational enjoyment. There are quite a few limitations, but you can smoke it anywhere it's legal to smoke a cigarette.
>Pic related, it's MFW weed is legal.

Amendment 64: The amendment makes the personal use, possession, and limited home growing of ********* legal for adults 21 years of age and older. It establishes a system in which ********* is regulated and taxed similarly to alcohol. The amendment will set up a system of ********* distribution comprised of cultivators, product manufacturers (such as for ***************** baked goods), and retail establishments. It also allows for the cultivation, processing, and sale of industrial hemp

How much ********* does the new law allow adults to possess under state law? Amendment 64 allows adults 21 and older to possess up to one ounce of ********* .

Does it allow adults to grow ********* ? Yes. For an adult 21 and older, Amendment 64 removes all state legal penalties for the home growing of up to six ********* plants (only three of which may be ****** ) in an enclosed, locked space. Adults 21 and older are also allowed to give away their ********* (including ********* they grew) to other adults who are 21 and older. The law does not allow adults to receive any money in exchange for the ********* grown at home.

Does it allow adults to smoke ********* in public? No.

Can cities and counties ban ********* retailers? Yes. Localities may prohibit the operation of ********* establishments via an ordinance or a question on a general election ballot.

Does the new law make any changes to driving under the influence of ********* laws? No. It continues to be illegal to drive while impaired by ********* . The legislature retains the ability to develop new driving-related policies as it sees fit.

The law will take affect on January 6, 2013 at the latest. Just ask if you have any other questions. ^.^

^Exactly. It IS still illegal at the federal level. However, they most likely will not interfere unless it either gets out of control, then they'll bust a few people to set an example, or if people break the states laws and do mass distribution, stuff like that. For the most part, the federal gov't will most likely let everything kind of slide.

If they do anything, it will be blocking it right before it becomes legal. Once it's passed though, if the feds haven't done/said anything about it, I'd say it should be good (at least for a little while.) This will help the gov't see what they can make off of it, and what it will be like as well. So they'll probably let it go for a couple of years.

It's state legal, not federal legal. So a state/city cop can't arrest you, but federal bureaus can.

That realization I had when watching the live action movie not too long ago, and Shaggy talking about how his favorite name is Mary Jane, and me previously having thought he was referring to Spider-Man and it basically being a joke on how he's a geek who reads comic books, but then it hitting me the actual meaning of the joke.

Shaggy and that chick he was hitting on were sitting on the plane, going to the island, and when she introduced herself as Mary Jane, Shaggy's face lit up, and a second later he said something along the lines of "that's, like, my favorite name".
