My two favorite characters, learning to get along.
This is going to be a great episode. You can just tell by their personality archetypes that they have the right chemistry for the right friendship. They're both technically skilled, but Pearl is more socially adept than Pearl.
But remember, Pearl was socially cold like Peridot in the past when Rose was still around.
It's quite clear that they used to play similar roles in the homeworld.
**gigabowzer used "*roll picture*"** **gigabowzer rolled image** Here is my take on Peridot's personality.
She has only had one purpose in life. Therefore, everything else is irrelevant, in her mind. In fact, this is what all gems were born to believe: they have one purpose and one purpose only. Everything is irrelevant otherwise. However, with the existence of Rose, a revolution begins. Rose discovers a greater meaning to things and soon embeds this into the minds of Garnet, Pearl, and Amethyst. Once implemented with the idea, a rebellion had begun. This sort of explains why Garnet acted the way she did when finding how the other gems were being used against their will. Now, Peridot is being introduced to the idea.
They view humans as inferior because they have this sense of the exploration of meaning, which they view as a weakness.
You rolled a perfectly relevant picture that matches the comment you typed. Are you sure you're not somehow manipulating the probability of that happening in your favor?
it's roughly half a minute in a 11 minute show, so I guess if you care enough not to watch 1/22nd of it don't do it. but if you're ok with spoiling 1/22nd of it go ahead
The other day I finally watched that ******* uncle grandpa episode, and i actually enjoyed it. Uncle grandpa clearly states that this episode is not canon, the proceeds to pull out a cannon, and it sinks a ship that has larz and sadie on it, they then scream "no our ship!"
The cannon, literally sunk the larz sadie ship...Sugar knows that this show isn't geared towards kids, that smug asshole. But I mean larz and sadie are kinda cannon tho, I mean they made out.
I am a little surprised to hear that Pearl was a mass-produced servant, I hadn't been following up in forums so I had always assumed she was originally a technician class. Does make a lot of sense though, with her affinity to cleaning and subtle grace. Probably perpetual maintenance was part of her original duties, which she was able to extend to building spaceships and robots.
