This was made around the time Episode 1 (movie 4) came out, and it was already known that Obi-Wan and Yoda were the only Jedi alive. Yoda's here because Vader thought he died, and the rest were taken from Episode 1.

There are more jedi's like Yoda, there is a female of his species that was on the council at a time.

i dont think all of them are sith lords, cuz it shows a wookie, so far the only wookie to be able to weild a Light Saber is Lobaca (chewies nephew) and that wasnt till after Han, Luke and Leia's kids where teenagers (all canon)

If you look carefully, the wookie isn't actually holding a lightsaber, so potentially it could just be any random wookie.

I dont think that jedi wookies are rarer than a Tchuukthai jedi. Amongs this race there is only one known jedi, Thon. Who lived in solitude and was a jedi master.
