I liked the pod racing scene in Phantom Menace. I liked the how they took care of the non-visual details, like, each pod had it's own characteristic engine sound instead of generic spaceship noise. And the action was actually pretty good in that scene in general. I only hated how most of the characters in the entire prequel trilogy were designed. They looked way too cartoony and silly.
