True, although he is overrated as a dubstep artist. there are plenty of people that should be more popular than him, but aren't.

What makes him so undesirable to like is his fans. Dubstep became "mainstream", so to speak, with people who know nothing about the genre at all calling themselves "dubstep fans" because they heard a skrillex song at a dance.

yeah, "I LOVE DUBSTEP" "name an artist besides skrillex" "uhhhmmm..."

Skrillex can play guitar, sing, play drums, play bass, and even piano. Not sticking up for him,but he's a really good musician.

he's just not exceptionally good at either one, I think he's a great composer still and I have nothing against it, but I do hate when people call him a great musician.
I just prefer different terminology.

But why can't we stick up for him? That's the point, he's not exactly on the same level of other "musicians" these days.
