He's saying Jupiter, which is 1 of 8 planets [12.5% of planets] takes up 71% of the mass of the planets. Jupiter takes up 0.000000000000015% of the volume of the solar system [assuming the solar system to be a sphere]

Took me a while but he's comparing the fact that Jupiter contains 70% of the mass in our solar system (excluding the sun), with the occupy wall street stuff. They protest against how most of the money in the world belongs to just a small promille of the population.

They are planning a mission already, but according to this site, it will take some time before they get there.

Also, i read something about scientist developing a probe, that can dig through the ice on europa, take samples of the water and run tests on it. But it'll take even longer for that to become to viable project. unfortunately i forgot the name of that probe / that mission or the scientists developing it.
