There was a ******* book about the rules, in the game. And while I joined the Imperials, I killed every Thalmor I could. Dark Elves rule.

It doesn't work, even if you kill everyone on the execution platform, he still dies. Just like that time I tried to save Lucas Simms, after telling him about Burke. I managed to kill Burke before he could kill Simms but when I left the bar, Simms was dead on the base of the path in front of the entrance to megaton
