After my last part I felt I had to upload more Some of the screeshots on in this comp is taken in freecam mode from the console.

Mod list:
Part 2 of my collection of Skyrim screenshots. I run quite alot of mods.

Mod list:
IncreasedGrassDensity
StaticMeshImprovement
SkyrimFloraOverhaul
SneakBalanceModule (not a graphicsmod, obviously)
Alternative lighting 2
Climates of Tamriel
Footprints
GetSnowy
HighResTexturePack01-03
Purewaters
RevampedExteriorFog
Water
ImmersiveContrastBoost
project ENB
ImmersiveSaturationBoost
FixedEyeAda ption
SuperiorRockTextures

I also have a few more from nexusmodmanager, but i am not in the mood to look them all up now. The other mods include small details like better fires and embers, ice, less 2 static objects and more. Climates of tamriel is a must, you can tweak it for your liking, and it offers alot of climatic and visual effects that are just awesome.

Meh, i still prefer combat rebalances, expanded towns and cities and immersion mods than any of those "ooo pretty" graphics mod.

Skyrim's very lacking in content, you can use well over a hundred mods and it'll still feel incomplete, damn bethesda and their ports, skyrim could've been the game of the decade...
User avatar #136 - TheLizardKing (11/09/2013) [-]
Is it just me or is ENB the most difficult mod to install? I had to restore my game so many times because the lighting would look like the vanilla version at night. Realistic Lighting Overhaul looks much better in that aspect also, my bloom doesn't work for some reason

My computer would implode under the strain of that.

Anyone want to donate like $1k so I can play skyrim with mods on ultra quality?

I'm actually wondering, do you run your own ENB settings, or a an ENB preset on the Nexus. (i am using a slightly tweaked RealVision ENB.

I am using the same mods u are except for "Alternative lighting 2 " replaced by "Enchnced lighting and FX", which makes the setting usually a lot darker - you can't walk in a dungeon without a torch, so can you please post some screenshots in a dungeon or interiors.
I'll share some of mine

Why is skyrim a jungle? I know its a mod, but I like to keep it lore friendly IMO Skyrim is meant to be freezing cold, look like its freezing cold and feel like its freezing cold (Frostfall is a great mod!)

Thats just my opinion though.
User avatar #117 to #108 - theundone (11/09/2013) [-]
I found it kept its lore if you had enough imagination. But when someone started complaining about it being cold, it really did break the immersion.

AWWW Yeah, Skyrim modz
#92 - anonymous (11/09/2013) [-]
I modded my Skyrim like crazy, and it still never looked this good.

Probably because I stayed away from DoF and the overly cheery lighting mods.
User avatar #89 - SCREWTHERULES (11/09/2013) [-]
i have a pc but i cant downloda aesthetic mods because im constantly thinking if the original would look better, or that this is like 1% too bright or dark
#96 to #89 - anonymous (11/09/2013) [-]
I can agree with the light/dark. I just can't find a lighting mod which quite works for me. Especially if you start worrying about the color of the light.

But there are some obvious choices which are objectively better.
Go for the 2k texture mod, a few lod mods (especially for waterfalls), change the config file for better draw distances with Skyrim Configurator, get the static mesh improvement mod, and WATER.
User avatar #104 to #96 - SCREWTHERULES (11/09/2013) [-]
woah woah woah wait, you can increase draw distance?!?
#132 to #104 - anonymous (11/09/2013) [-]
Yeah, I would recommend using Skyrim Configurator. You can do it yourself, but it's easier with the gui (especially since it has a ton of other settings).

Do be careful though, for the full detail draw distance, anything over the standard is less stable, and once you go above 9 it's probably not even going to work.
However there are plenty of other detail settings, for general terrain geometry and maximum number of trees which don't significantly impact stability.
User avatar #121 to #104 - whenuleastxpect (11/09/2013) [-]
Yes, either by editing the INI file, or by downloading mods that can configure it.

If you don't mind me asking, what are your current specs?
User avatar #79 to #78 - whenuleastxpect (11/09/2013) [-]
3.4 ghz i7 processor
amd radeon 6850 hd with 1 gb video memory (will upgrade shortly)
12 gb ram
User avatar #80 to #79 - Mortuus ONLINE (11/09/2013) [-]
I mean no offense by it, but I'm relatively surprised that the 6850 was able to run a heavily modded Skyrim well enough to take these shots.

My old build was a tad outdated, so I went all-out with my new one.

PNY GTX 770 4-GB
I7 3770K @3.5GHz (I plan to OC to 4.6, eventually)
2x4-GB Corsair Vengenace 1866MHz
Z77 Sabertooth

I took a look at the new Haswell CPUs, but the price vs performance simply was not there.
User avatar #86 to #80 - whenuleastxpect (11/09/2013) [-]
I know, the 6850 isnt the best of cards, but these graphics actually arent killing it. I run on about 20 FPS out in the nature, and 30-40 FPS inside buildings and dungeons, which is not really that playable, but I enjoy looking at the nature etc. So I play like this for now, I am able to kill all enemies on expert while playing like this, but I really do look forward to upgrading my Graphics card.
User avatar #87 to #86 - Mortuus ONLINE (11/09/2013) [-]
I don't mean to insinuate that the 6850 is a bad card, ENBs in combination with the ULTRA preset tend to be extremely intensive. You should be proud that your card can run it as efficiently as it is.

Have you decided on which GPU you plan on upgrading to?
User avatar #93 to #87 - whenuleastxpect (11/09/2013) [-]
I know everyone hates AMD and **** , like nvidia is "the right opinion", but I havent had any problems with my AMD card. Therefor I've been looking at the AMD radeon 7790 with 2 GB graphics memory. I'm not sure though, if it is as powerful as I want my new card to be.
User avatar #100 to #93 - whenuleastxpect (11/09/2013) [-]
Correction***

I meant to say AMD radeon 7950.
User avatar #127 to #100 - cryingchicken (11/09/2013) [-]
I wouldn't recommend that at this point in time. While the 7950 was probably the best choice a few months back, currently the r9 280x is cheaper than the 7950 and is essentially a 7970ghz with a new name so I'd say go for that.
User avatar #109 to #100 - Mortuus ONLINE (11/09/2013) [-]
The 7950 is better than its Nvidia counterpart, so I'd definitely endorse that.

Best of luck with your new card.
User avatar #111 to #109 - whenuleastxpect (11/09/2013) [-]
Thanks! Do you know if it can run games like BF4, Crysis etc on ultra, or at least close to ultra?
User avatar #114 to #111 - Mortuus ONLINE (11/09/2013) [-]
My friend was running BF4's beta at a solid 50 FPS at ULTRA in 1920x1080, so I'd imagine that the answer is yes. As for Crysis, that's a completely different story.
User avatar #98 to #93 - cryingchicken (11/09/2013) [-]
Why would anyone hate AMD? AMD make great cards. I'm rocking an overclocked 7950 and getting higher fps than a stock gtx 770 in pretty much all games. If anyone hates either side then obviously they're just fanboys.
User avatar #116 to #98 - Mortuus ONLINE (11/09/2013) [-]
Which CPU are you running with?
User avatar #118 to #116 - cryingchicken (11/09/2013) [-]
i5 3470. I've also been thinking about upgrading my card to the 780 after the recent price drop... might wait until the 800 series though since my 7950 is still pretty new and it's serving me well.
User avatar #119 to #118 - Mortuus ONLINE (11/09/2013) [-]
If you're going to go with an upgrade to the 780, just save for the 780 Ti. It's on a different planet.
User avatar #120 to #119 - cryingchicken (11/09/2013) [-]
Yeh but it's also almost twice the price. Also it's already be released by the way.
User avatar #125 to #120 - Mortuus ONLINE (11/09/2013) [-]
That's quite true. In any event, the 780 is a helluva card and I wish you the best of luck with it, if you upgrade to it.
User avatar #95 to #93 - Mortuus ONLINE (11/09/2013) [-]
Eh, I'm not a fan of AMD, but I see the benefits of their cards. While It's not my place to say, I would spend the extra $50 on the GTX 650 Ti BOOST. There is a decent difference.
User avatar #159 to #95 - whenuleastxpect (11/11/2013) [-]
I just ordered a sapphire radeon 7950 wit 3 gb ddr5 sdram at 384 bit, 850 mhz clocking power, overclockable to 925 mhz. Just wanted to let you know

The next game on consoles better look better than this.
User avatar #71 to #68 - Mortuus ONLINE (11/09/2013) [-]
Next-gen consoles are already falling behind, bud. The only reason that some games look better is due to the use of a single set of hardware that the developers can design the game for.

I can also assure you that a heavily modded Skyrim will not run nearly as well on a PS4/Xbone's processor.
#73 to #71 - fuckatron ONLINE (11/09/2013) [-]
well. tht sucks. But who knows, the next Elder scrolls may look amazing.
User avatar #76 to #73 - Mortuus ONLINE (11/09/2013) [-]
There's no doubt that the next Bethesda-made Elder Scrolls game will be astonishing. They were holding-back with Skyrim because they knew the limits of the current-gen systems.

While I have no intentions of immediately purchasing a Ps4 or Xbone, I'll definitely check them out later on, just to see what they're capable of.
#81 to #76 - fuckatron ONLINE (11/09/2013) [-]
Yeah, I hope to get Xbox One for christmas, I really like how they changed it up from the original ******** , and the promise of a next-gen banjo-kazooie is amazing.
User avatar #82 to #81 - Mortuus ONLINE (11/09/2013) [-]
I despise Microsoft with a fiery passion , but the Xbone seems to have some decent uses that balance-out its less-powerful hardware.

My graphics card is burning only from those pictures.
#63 - anonymous (11/09/2013) [-]
I will be honest, most of this looks like excessive lens flare. It doesn't really improve the graphics in most cases.
That said, without lens flare, that mod combination looks pretty good, in my opinion.
omg an opinion bring on the red thumbs pls
I've been play testing Dragon combat overhauls and Deadly dragons.
Fighting 10 dragons at once that use advanced AI, whilst using UFO to have 6 mages in my group? Glorious.
