if you are playing skyrim on pc get some mods if you haven't already and they will keep you interested for some time

I always get distracted by the other awesome quest chains.
I (pretty) recently finished the dark brotherhood quest chain, which is, in my opinion, the best by far.

i stopped playing the story (for a while anyway) when practically the only part of the game that you can't even watch, nevermind play, was the bit where you ride a dragon.
