RWBY(yes, "ruby" is how it's pronounced) is the acronum for the team of main characters, Ruby, Weiss, Blake, Yang(pictured in content). The show's universe has this whole thing about naming based on color or something.
ie, Ruby is mostly red, Weiss is white, Blake is black, and Yang is yellow. (color schemes on outfits, not skin color)

It started a thing where every time she punned the immediate reply is "GOD DAMNIT BARB" but then in one sketch she became God so it has become "BARB DAMNIT BARB!"
So yeah, if you're ever watching a roosterteeth video and see "BARB DAMNIT BARB!" you finally know why.
