My biggest complaint about rwby is the grimm.
The series states that these creatures brought humanity to it's knees, yet every time we see them the main characters tear through them like rice paper.
They said they get stronger as they get older, but you need to SHOW something like that if you want the audience to take them seriously as a threat.
It's almost like in the same opening segment they say mankind discovered dust, and was able to not only survive, but thrive.
Also, the tale is old enough to be legend, and therefore might be exaggerated.
**reginleif used "*roll picture*"** **reginleif rolled image** As opposed to Attack on Titan where everytime a Titan farts, humanity loses 300 soldiers.
Sorry my Lord, I was called to another matter. But yes, the grimm. If you have seen season two then that is demonstrated briefly with the giant grimm mammoths. They speak of how they are near immortal and that Ruby's scythe would do nothing to harm them. They grow intelligent as they get older apparently. We still have much to learn of the grimm. You must admit that it took all of team RWBY and JNPR to take down the nevermore.
Yeah, I was going to mention her team. They are much more advanced fighters than team RWBY. The point stands that there are a vast number of powerful grimm we have yet to see. Some that I think would slap coco around rather easily.
yeah they have been focusing more on the white fang rather than the grimm so people kind of forget about them,
the only problem i have with the show right now is there are more characters than there are episodes, he is not giving the cast adequate time to develop, (outside of the main cast)
case and point remember the last episode where we saw wukong and neptune(?) fight all those guys?
maybe (not sure) its because every time a Grimm appears he is surrounded by people trained to kill them, but i still agree with you they are a bit underpowered
It's the first thing that isn't an unconnected fight scene that Monty Oum made, actually. If you're thinking of RvB, that was written by other RT employees.
