Iceflower? Never heard that before. It's "White Rose" everywhere I've seen it mentioned.
The others I can remember are
enabler (R+Y)
Monochrome (W+B)
Bumblebee (B+Y)
Freezerburn (W+Y)

As far as I know, it is just named this way because, like Bumblebee and Freezerburn( and Checkmate for W+B), it was used in their fight against Roman as a name for a combo of theirs. So, I'm going to stick with it. Not that it would matter how you call it; As long you know what is meant, everything would be okay I suppose.
