I don't watch RWBY. The only differences between the two I see are that in the actual episode the day is earlier, Black hair has a longer cape, and glass, schnitzel, and baguettes are flying every where.

rwbyexplain (04/05/2015) [-] I'm not positive, but my speculation is that their aura protects them from certain things such as small projectiles. Or in that case Pyrrah can use polarity, so if she touched the weapons at all she could redirect the fire.

rwbyexplain (04/05/2015) [-] I still think it's a byproduct of aura. I think the gunfire is used strategically with it's primary purpose being to tire the opponent. Blocking these shots takes energy and weakens them for the rest of the team to move in. If Cardin's team were more coordinated it could have ended with her losing the fight. Plus this was a sparring match, they make have been blanks or a variant of such.

They use real weapons and real bullets because aura enables them to not die. Blocking bullets require coordination, and seems very effortless. My issue is how they manage to block each individual one.

In the trailer image, it looks like Weiss has died or been hurt, and it's all dramatic and serious. In the actual thing, it was a shot from a food fight in Series 2 Episode 1 with the food items not in it, because they make it look less dramatic. The food items were added afterwards, so the trailer made it seem dramatic but it was just a lie since they hadn't finished the animation of the food fight.

I am a biotechnology student and I had to create a practical for some first years. I choose to create a biocell that produces electricty running on yeast. (and suceeded in getting it working ) Now, I just took a guess with what kind of substances I would need to use. The problem now is that I need to write an essay of the theorie behind the practical.
I need to write a bit of theory about Redox reactions, but seeing as that is Chemistry and im a biotech student could explain in short what a redox reaction is and some general uses for it? Thanks in advance!
