I'm not willing to pay 15$ for it, I use to pay a little under 5$ back in 2007, when I had to beg my mom. 10$ might be reasonable, maybe they should just do separate billing, same prie as it was back in 2007. Im sure they can afford to take some of those empty worlds off of the actual game. Im not really sure how it'll all go over, I can't imagine everything being back to the way it was. I wish I still had the same innocents and newness as it was back then, sorry for the paragraph.

Not a problem, I could talk forever about runescape. But what killed Runescape in the end was the community. With best hopes in mind I'm still weary whether or not it will be any fun. I think the initial game "restart" for everyone will make the climb fun. Once the game is more stable and there's an actual economy to start legitimate PKing and PVMing etc, then thats where the community is what will make or break the game again. We can only hope it's close to what it was.

Yeah, there's no hope for the actual game, I'm not sure if im going to play it or not depending on the prices, but it will defiantly be more enjoyable then the current game because everyone will start the same, and it'll be like the good ol days. I've been playing since I was like 11 and im 19 now. It'll be cool to see the game I grew up with back, many people say those graphics are terrible or whatever, but I love them. If the bring out holiday events for these new servers, I think that would make it really enjoyable, to mix things up. That PKing was the best, I just wish I could forget the majority of my playing time, and just go back to being a noob and doing it for fun.

I started in third grade, 10 years ago for me. But man PKing, it's going to be dominated by clans at first which might be annoying in edge for the people really trying to make their cash. But PKing is all I ever played for, on my first account I trained 70 range to over 20m range xp and 94 magic to over 15m mage xp from only vengance over about a year and a half ish

Like I said, I wish I could go back and undo all the time I've put into it already. I've had tons of accounts, different mains and pures, over 1b at a point, I just don't know if I want to go back to being poor or whatever again, I know I can build it up and earn it back, but I've already devoted so much time.

Well it went live yesterday, day one was exciting. I don't know if I'll get as into it as I used to be but for now its cool. I couldn't tell you the number of accounts I had. I used to be able to start a level 3 and get it to 50 atk 50 str for gmaul rushing in one day from grinding and quests

also, they proposed the TOTAL would be $15 not an additional $15.

I highly doubt that will actually happen despite them actually saying. the reality of it is that they'll probably charge extra, but not $15, for some people (like me) thats 3x the cost that it is now...

They opened a poll to bring back servers (as their own separate game in which everyone will restart) from august of 2007. Theyll keep the current runescape and the first step of the vote was for 50K votes it would be ~$14 for a membership to both, but the more votes the less it is and the more theyll maintain to make sure bots, merchers, and gamblers stay out of them.

It's not $20, it wont be $20, and if they listen to the community as well as they have over the last few months about game changes they'll give it its own membership for probably the same amount as the current membership if not the old membership price. But they said if it was $15 it would only be a temporary thing because they still have to retrieve and recode the game they only have the base coding because august of 2007 was the last time they did a full game backup

Well if you wanted to lvl to 99 in diablo 2 lord of destruction you would have to bot for months and anything above 90 is also really difficult to lvl, it was a major pain in the ass.
