I have a felling that this was originally in a different language, then translated into English by OP. 1) Upside down exclamation marks infront of "Miauu" not "Meow" also. 2) The text changes from grainy to clear in some areas. 3) Poor grammar, like using an online translator, "Ok, Mom, is better safe"

Then again, OP could just be a faggot and I'm just a grammar Nazi.
