To decide the value of an element, look at the three elements
above. If exactly one of those elements are colored, and the
colored element is not in the middle, you should color the
current element.

Repeat this procedure for every row, starting with a
colored element in the first row. The first image shows
the procedure. The second image shows the first
ten iterations.
