First of all, a percent can not be put in a calculator because it represents a portion of any number, not a number. Second of all, after converting that percent to a workable number, you multiple, not divide. Division would give you a bigger number than you started with.
80 / 20%
80 / 0.2
=400

the answer is yes.

That was my point. I was showing how his method was wrong and got an answer of 400, which is incorrect.
