Another close-minded brony. Loving and tolerating extends past our own little world. Try thinking of how the others on FJ feel having to skip over a pile of crap every other page because bronies don't know how to keep unfunny crap down.
Sorry for the deleted comment. It's late here and I realized I had to change a few things. Many people post unfunny content...and reposts. This actually made me giggle, because I am a fan of the show and know that would be her response. I can hear it in her voice and it was clever. Even if you didn't find it funny, why take the time to comment? I would suggest moving on to find a better picture, and that's an honest opinion...it's what I do, and helps to make the site more fun to me.
Strength in numbers.
One or two bad posts here and there isn't hard to skip through. But when you flood pages with them, it gets infuriating. Like Bendingtime right now. It's pissing me off having to skip 10 just to find a post not dealing with Avatar.
Now think of non-bronies who have to deal with this.
Love and Tolerance.
Love: Tough love. You aren't loving someone if you don't tell them what they're doing wrong and just let them do what they want. No, you want them to better themselves. I love being a MLP fan and I would love to see ponytime be a place where we can laugh and not be ridiculed for unfunny posts.
Tolerance: Tolerating the others on this site. Sure they can skip a few pony posts, but past the front page (it takes very little time to browse past the front page), there are legions of these posts. Newest uploads is pretty densely packed too. We are not tolerating the feelings of others in this regard.
Why did I stop and post? Because I am a brony. You see a woman falling in the streets and you run to help her. I see a thread and imageboard site that is failing so I do what I can for it.
It's cancerous posts like fucking-boobs, ponytime, bendingtime, fucking-science, etc... that are ruining this site. Not because of what they post and the quality, but the sheer number of posts they throw out at once.
Weight in numbers. One bee sting won't bother a bear, but get the whole hive out and a 900 lb grizzly will even run in terror.

To an extent I absolutely agree with you. But again, this was one of the better contents out there. I'm glad you are trying to help, but perhaps wording your statement differently would have a more positive reaction. I'm not saying people will like it more, but I'm saying making a constructive remark might actually change something.
I'm sure you've noticed many of our bornies and pegasisters have become severely defensive, and will become extremely upset over any sign of a "hater," and the bluntness and lack of supporting details in your original post probably inflamed that aspect.

Last post of the night on this topic:
A single reaction pic? I wouldn't say so. One of the "better" contents that I've seen are original comics. Done with care and wit. Those are funny, sometimes even non-bronies can join in for a chuckle. That's good content. One reaction pic stating an overused joke is not good content. You could say it's all subjective but I'm trying to see this from the point of view of the majority of the site.
And I was one of the original members that was in that huge multi-day argument over this stuff. Ended with a lot of bronies leaving the channel, the founder of the thread deleting his account, and basically just a ton of discord.
Most bronies have no idea what a hater is and I have grown to abhor explaining to them what entails a "hater" is and why another fan of the show hating on horrible posts does not make them such.
Bluntness works better than niceties in these situations. No matter how polite you are, they ignore you and just keep posting. Might as well be crude and blunt and get noticed. Maybe then something will come of it.
Constructive criticism is only given to those who wish to hear it. After my time on this channel and my subsequent leaving of it, I have noticed that the bronies of this channel are anything but open to CC.
There is a very good reason why a large number of bronies refuse to be associated with the thread.
tl;dr: I've done what you've asked many times before. In fact, me and many others have done so to no avail. People like lovesmylittlepony would keep reposting, keep posting very subpar content, and at astonishing rates.
