Your raw, blind hatred made me try something, I'd have otherwise avoided and had no real opinion on. In a way, I'm Indebted to haters.

I am not a brony, and I don't hate fabulous fillies either. Like I said 1 sentence ago, it's fucking awesome grown men like this show. If you change your profile pic to a pony because you like it, awesome! If you change your steam name or make accounts on websites based on pony names, good for you! BUT, if you think it is okay to come to FJ, 4chan, TF2, Gmod, and various other internet places (these are just a few I frequent), then you have a problem. I know for a fact there are plenty of websites and forums dedicated to just MPL, so why put it everywhere else? I really do not mind ponies at all and I do not think that any fabulous fillies are bad people but they all need to keep their ponies to themselves. If you must have a few ponies on the internet places that you visit most, then a few occasional ponies are okay, but everything is getting overrun with them and I am getting bothered, so are the many people of internet.

newcster (02/14/2012) [-] Key fact: no matter what channel you post something on, if it gets enough toenail clippings it ends up near the top content. Also, it isn't just FJ, 4chan is too. The thing that bothers me the most of all, is when people come on to MY TF2 server that I own, and tell me that I should get the same map they have on the pony servers. Or, maybe when I want to chill in the Gmod theater server and both main theaters have pony videos playing and nobody will vote them down because they are all fabulous fillies. (BUT THERE IS NO MLP GMOD THEATER SO WHAT DO THEY DO IF THEY WANT PONIES?? well on that server they have private rooms you can rent to watch certain categories of videos, or movies, and there is always a pony room, yet they still spam the theater.) In the end they need to keep their ponies on their own websites and in their own game servers. That's all I am trying to say.

newcster (02/15/2012) [-] Since when can you stop stuff on the front page? All I see is a few posts begging that good feeling when you poop to put in a channel filter and no channel filter available. As for the TF2 problem, even if I tell them to go back to their pony server, I am still offended, because they basically put down the map that I made on my own for my server, telling me that the pony one is better, and I should change the way I run my server just because they (one person) likes MLP.

It isn't even the fact that many of them fail to live up to their ideology of "love and tolerate everyone."
It is the fact that they are so damned self conscious about it. The thing that makes them annoying is the manner in which they seem to find the very fact that they are a brony so damned fascinating - "Hey, I'm a brony, lol, how funny is it that I like a kid's show, haha, isn't it cool, lol, I watch it instead of porn haha look everyone ponies, look how ironic I am about liking ponies, omg it's so cool that I like My Little Pony." The show seems to be lost in the act of liking it, and it is so infuriatingly self referential.
It ends up seeming to be the single, defining characteristic of their personalities, and one which they seem endlessly compelled to state, assert and legitimate. "Look, I'm a brony, and".... "I'm a brony, but"..... "Look, it's a really good show." It is of an ilk with really flaming gays who spend so much of their time creating their persona as a GAY PERSON that they seem to forget to be people.
Rant over. Like what you like. Fair enough if you like MLP, and keep posting these if you want to. I don't hate you, but perhaps this'll provide rather more constructive advice for why people find fabulous fillies annoying than simple STFU Lamar Smith CLOP IN HELL PONYLamar Smith FUCKING PONIES.
