so.. At first I was like: Woah.. There are a fair few ponies on FJ. mmk..
Then I was all: Oh, well whatever. They came for lulz, obviously this must be lulz worthy to them
Then I went into a phase: Oh, MLP fans are a tight community and they're pretty chill yo.
And then the Derpy thing happened right?

That actually annoyed the hell out of me. It's like, you fight the changing of a character depsite your "Love and Tolerance" And you're telling us how stupid the soccer moms are and that Hasbro is making a mistake.
It's as if you know better.. and how do you? I mean, it's a background character that stood out for being an individual despite having a lack of depth.. and then it gets smoothed out into a true background character. Why is it that big of a deal? I'd expect a huge shit fit if say, Fluttershy wasn't so shy.
But over a simple background character? No. Hardly worth the drama the NONbrony FJ community had to put up with.
And don't tell me that "Oh well if you're so against it skip it, or filter it" Well why are WE having to change when YOU can't get off one topic, or you have hundreds of images about it. Including petitions ragh ragh.
So in conclusion..

Ponies annoy me nowadays. They hold no real values that you can put to use in life that a show like DBZ or Pokemon doesn't. I mean, why are there so many brony shutins? Because they all know it's a kids show. And that despite the community saying otherwise, most of the world frowns upon you liking a childrens show.
