In celebration of 11,000; read it again, Eleven THOUSAND lovely subscribers, I decided to do something I promised I never would: make a remix of my own work! A double VIP remix, as it were. We’re approaching the end of this particular chapter of the Tavi and Scratch series, with one more single to come out to wrap up our story as it is now. That’s still in the works, but in the meantime, chew on this wackiness for a bit. No download until the E.P. is finished, though!

Both Rhyme Flow and Nowacking have been doing their part to get “On Hold” performed live at all the big conventions (most of which are too far away for me to attend  ) so it was an absolute pleasure to get in touch with Nowacking and have her lend her Vinyl Scratchiness to this remix. And then there’s Leafrunner, a wicked guitarist and an excellent composer in his own right. Definitely check out his channel with the link above!
Title card art was actually a reappropriation of an older work by Zedrin which was originally inspired by another one of my songs. The circle is complete.

I never cared for the Octi/Vinyl pair but after reading a certain fic I absolutely fell in love with them.

Exactly. I never was into shipping before that either and god damn I'll admit it but I actually shed a tear over it. Never before in my life had I felt any emotion while reading a book.

Been reading a few good ones lately.

I haven't checked out University days, despite seeing it as one of the most popular fics, because I myself don't care for this pair in particular.

I was hoping it was popular for being a good story over just being a fic about those two.
But since you mention that the story moved you THAT much, then I guess it just might be worth it now.

Oh trust me it's that good. Just as I mentioned above I didn't care for them in the past I just enjoyed some of the music that was based around them. I will admit I thought it would have made the transition from foe to friend take awhile. What fics are you reading?

I don't read many. I go through lists of popular fics and sort of read the description before deciding if I should read it all or not.
I just want to make sure a story is really worth my time, with the limited time I get on the computer nowadays.
I know I missed out on some really good ones by skipping stuff, but the stuff I have read is GOOD.

He'll Never Leave Me www.fimfiction.net/story/148580/hell-never-leave-me Sad short story about the relationship between a mare and her pet.
Cheerilee's Garden www.fimfiction.net/story/1766/cheerilees-garden THE BEST GORE STORY EVAH. Seriously, Cupcakes is child's play. Nobody can tell me otherwise. This is actually great, even if you don't enjoy gore trips much, this story is well made on all other aspects. The Scarlet Harvest chapters are a bit too over the top, but still read them for the ending. The ending is epic.

That's really it. I have more, but I either never finished them, or they haven't finished been written at all. OR they are fics that pander to my love for Pinkie Pie.

I should really read more stuff.

Have you read the Time Loop Trilogy by EaKin? It's focused on twilight and brings Starswirl in. Really amazing and a pretty long too. Kinda dark though since she, you know, dies ALOT. Also some messed up stuff happens with discord.

I actually did read Hard Reset. I thought it was good, but not GREAT. There were some things left unfinished/unexplained. It just didn't feel "complete"

I didn't know there were more stories though. I might have to check them out.
