Alt+Tab = Switch between open windows.

Ctrl+C = copy
Ctrl+V = paste
Ctrl+X = cut
Ctrl+B = bold
Ctrl+I = italic

One more thing, most programs that have menus have a key command next to each menu item. If there's a command you use a lot (or you wan to appear super smart because computer geniuses never use a mouse), be sure to remember it

It's actually quite easy. Create a link to a video of Nyan Cat (or something else of your choice) on your desktop. Right click it, click Properties, Shortcut tab, then the shortcut key box, and press the shortcut key combo of your choice. Then click Apply. Easy peasy
