What I do when I gots myself a new fan..

Those things are shit and not worth the money. They aren't much better than a regular fan and are noisy as fuck. If you want some decent quality blowing, turn it on to max, but don't expect to hear anything outside your room. A lot of people are also intrigued by how it functions, hence why they buy it. It has internal fans which suck outside air in through the vents at the bottom and blow it out holes inside the ring structure. It's a complete scandal.
