These so-called bronies don't actually like my little pony. They're just saying that to make a statement. And that statement is that they can watch whatever the fuck they want without being disrespected. Guys who sincerely like watching my little pony are just fags.

Okay, let's imply that watching a "little girls" show does make you a fag. Why? Why would it be gay? It doesn't make you a girl does it? Aren't you only gay if you like the same gender? Does MLP make you like the same gender? Just let people enjoy what they want, I'm not a brony, but I think that everyone deserves to have the right to watch a show "for little girls". I mean, at least they're not doing drugs...
P.S. I understand that you have the right to an opinion, but please, shut the fuck up.

What is normal? What is stupid? Honestly you've allowed generations of marketing and ideas of gender influence your view of things. Should you actually watch the show, you'd discover that it's far from cookie-cutter "Let's learn to count" and "How to style your mane" material. It's a kids show only by label. Us "bronies" (fans of the show generally) enjoy it because it genuinely is a good show, and we find ourselves relating to it in our everyday lives.

Of course, genuine interest is only smiled upon :)
Honestly I can't offer you a real good answer, it varies from person to person but a few common reasons I've noticed people posting are:
>It's quirky and fun characters, each of the Mane 6 having a slight stereotyped personality
>They have problems such as loneliness, betrayal, questions of friends and do the things that we do, even partying :)
>The whole show is rather well done, its presentation is rather attractive, the animation and voice acting is rather good.
>More holistically, the show itself, the slapstick humour, the mainstream references, the songs even, make it a break from all the reality television, and the innocence of the show reminds a lot of us bronies of some basic human values that we tend to let fade into out subconscious rather easily. Namely friendship and trying to more actively be a decent human being :)
Hope that helps!

That what a brony is you fucking moron. A brony is someone who watched MLP and enjoys it, the show was also intended for teenage boys, but no channel would pick up on it so they had to settle for putting it on "The Hub" but the internet still found it and enjoys it.
