I just recently became a brony, but I've been on FJ long enough to know a pony easter egg when I see one. So earlier today I was looking at the webcomic "VG Cats" And noticed a few things, and I know at least one of them is intentional.
www.vgcats.com/comics/?strip_id=306 Here, in comic 294, he says "He needs to be cooler. Like, twenty percent cooler." Not sure if that one's intentional.
www.vgcats.com/comics/?strip_id=311 Take a look at what they're doing in this comic. They're painting pony figures. Like I said, I just became a brony so I'm not sure who the pony on the left is, but there's the background DJ pony on the left.

Like I said, I'm not sure if the Deus Ex one is coincidental, but the creator's definitely a brony because they're painting the FIM characters in the second one, which made me think that the Deus Ex one wasn't coincidental.. The first time I read it, I didn't give it a second glance.
