It's called treason. Adorability has nothing to do with it. Also, many people turned against Celestia when Shy was taken in. It's what happens when Marshal Law supercedes individual rights. I tried to make that clear with the whole "guard ponies pulling people into empty buildings" line. They weren't sitting them down for some cake and juice o.o

the synopsis is on the page, but essentially. The day of the zap apple harvest the traditional meteor shower occurs. Unfortunately the meteors head straight into canterlot and destroy the city. Luna is accused of causing this to happen as well as releasing discord. Several months later she is found in the care of shy and is put on trial (with Shy). The trial is a complete joke and ponies are split in opinion. When the verdict is settled Luna escapes and ponies turn on each other depending on which sovereign they support. The Narrator is an OC pony who follows Luna. He is the tactician of the Shadowbolts.
