Even though there are overwhelming evidence that Derpy is my correct name, Ditzy was only mentioned during the Winter Wrap Up episode for an Pegasus that flew the wrong direction then people assumed it was the cross eyed background pony which actually was called by the name Derpy later by Rainbow Dash.

I like to think of Derpy as a nickname whereas Ditzy is her real name.

I call her both names because in all actuality they're both her name.

Never got past stage 2 i guess, i genuinely didn't like it. But i respect everyone that does love MLP and i have a lot of brony friends.

Stage 1: someone tweeted a pony version of the starcraft 2 trailer.
Stage 2: check out cartoon, enjoy watching it.
Stage 3: discover the fandom is ok.
Stage 4: a year later fandom gets filled with intolerant fucks.
Stage 5: stop caring or paying attention to the fandom.

I think the reason I started liking it was because I never really hated it. I just simply didn't believe that people actually watched it. Eventually I decided to watch a few episodes to see if they were just trolling or if it ws all right. Five episodes later I found that I was actually enjoying it, which was more funny than anything to me.

Unless your not into clop. I shiver at the thought.

Stage One - Discover funnyjunk "hey this some good Internets"
Stage Two - Browse funnyjunk "hmm, sure are a lot of pastel colored horses here"
Stage Three - Find my self kinda liking the pony posts "Why Do i like this!"
Stag four - Pony posts becomes a guilty pleasure "Fuck! random posts aren't enough, need more!"
Stage five- Discover ponytime(and thus the fandom, you guys ^^) "Ok now i really need to take a look at this show"
Stage six - watch a couple of episodes "Again WHY DO I LIKE THIS! no one must know"
Stage seven - After some more time spent on ponytime and watching the show... Acceptance "Well fuck me i guess i'm a brony"
