I just honestly can't see any of them ever doing anything like this to one another...shipping has it's place, and it's in more adult oriented anime and stuff. MLP is not a good zone for shipping. I can't/won't/never agree with anyone that says it does.

no, shipping is pairing two characters from a show in a romantic relationship, and to me MLP just isn't a good fit for shipping. Not against shipping, but I am against MLP shipping.

Fluttermac is a boring ship, IMO. Probably because Big Mac has little to no substance to his character.

I don't generally red thumb people, but I respectfully disagree. Big Mac just has poor character development due to his small number of lines. However, he's been shown to be hardworking in general, respectful of others' privacy (telling off the CMC for snooping), caring about his family (crying when AJ was missing), and realistic (opening of S1E4). Meanwhile, RD is one of the mane 6 but often focuses too much on excitement and her pride, although she does have some good moments.

But there is nothing that sticks out in Big Mac's character that strikes me as interesting in anyway. Rainbow Dash at least has her flaws that she learns to correct, plus her personality is just much more colorful and "there" than Big Mac's. Sure, Big Mac is respectful and caring, but those are traits that are in just about every pony in the show. Nothing about him really sticks out, IMO.
