I don't really buy any MLP merchandise but...
Am I the only one that could, for example pick pt MLP bedsheets, crack a joke to the cashier about dreaming about ponies tonight, go home and put them in my bed and just grin at my wife when she makes the "oh god, why me?" face?
Just man up and buy that MLP shit.
MFW my daughter hides her Rainbow Dash because she thinks I will steal it.
MFagain when I put a Rainbow Dash sticker on my motorcycle helmet.

After a certain point, if they realize how embarrassing and insecure they look when they make a scene, they just stop caring about buying ponies in public.
You know the saying "Real men wear Pink?" Gosh darn it, if you have a pink shirt, just freaking wear it and wear it proudly. Don't have someone else buy it and only wear it indoors, as that defeats that whole purpose.
Same thing goes for ponies. 90% of what I wear nowadays has something pony related. Of course, though, it doesn't mean you can't be stylish at the same time.

Usually I use self checkout, especially when buying anything pony, but it was closed so I was forced to face the cashiers. I picked a middle age woman since she would probably know the least about bronies. She didn't seem to care about the mlp related stuff, but then a coworker comes up and asks if the ponies were for me or my daughter. The cashier looks confused, and asks why they would be for me. Then her coworker starts explaining the whole brony thing and well...
