Thank you for using that phrase properly. The misuse of that phrase irritates a lot, so I appreciate seeing someone know the proper use of it.

For me, I just really enjoy how innocent and childish it is. It just really makes me happy. But I remember I was really bored, decided to give it a try, and then a couple weeks later I was really bored again, so I watched a few more episodes, liked those more. So on and so forth for two more times, then I decided I enjoy the show.

I'm an active duty soldier ahah. The plain cuteness of it and innocence just kinda grew on me. And the fanfics, artwork (real shit like veg55 and other artists, not just r34) and music it's spawned is pretty cool. I see what you mean by it seeming too childish, but... ya know, hanging out with 6 year olds seems lame when your 19 and stuff, but once you're 24, thinking of a family etc, they become more manageable.

i figured giving it a shot wouldn't hurt since i have a 2 year old daughter. but i absolutely LOVE the show. it's not retarded or douchey-yes douchey- in any way. it doesn't have these huge morals being shoved down every kids' throat. it's a basic life lesson, be nice and chill and everyone has a good time. it's light and fun when many other shows can be massive downers and lose their appeal.

Originally Marines, but they told me since I have a GED I need 15 College Credit Hours. So I went to the Army, they took me in up until they calculted my AIMS score with everything else (it was 33) so they told me 15 CCH's. After that my recruiter sent me over to the Navy, since I only got my GED instead of going through a High School completion program, he too said 15 or no go. So It's still up in the air whether I'm gonna be a Letherneck, speed bump or swimming rat.

If and when I can go through one of those I'm going to fulfill my dream of being a special forces operative. So I have a few choices depending on what branch I go in, them being: Force Recon, Green Beret, Rangers, Delta and SEALs. I might, after a while even go through the phases of Para-rescue, cause why do one when you can do many?

Same here with the music. Active duty though, 1st CER. If I could I'd stick a pony patch on my vest or something. I don't flail my whole bronyhood about, but the guys in my squad know. What branch you planning to go into? Good luck anyways.

Well, not the guy you were replying to, but I'm going Army, and I'm debating whether I should shoot for enlisting as an 18X and hopefully becoming a medic, or just going through as a regular old 68W, hopefully with Rangers.
