I'm not "hating" on ponies, but JESUS CHRIST, does EVERY post have to be about ponies? Seriously, EVERY OTHER PICTURE is ponies.
I don't mind gay community as long as they're not too pushy, but this is getting ridiculous. I can honestly say I have seen over 100 unnecessary pony pictures in the last hour.
I don't even mind them as long as they're funny, but they're not. A lot of them are just quotes from the show and things only gay community would get.

Inb4 "That's what the skip button is for, if you don't like it, just skip." That doesn't work either, because I've been doing that for the last 3 hours, and every time I press next, ANOTHER one appears.

If you'd watch the show, you'd be in on all the jokes too. You can't expect something as big as MLP:FiM to stay segregated. Ponies were all over /b/ for two months before news really made it to you little tweens here on FJ, and FJ has tendrils going straight into /b/. Now ponies are all over FJ. And just as /b/ has had a pony thread going 24/7 for a year, pony posts are all over FJ. It's THAT GOOD.
Some memes stay on 4chan. Boxxy wouldn't have mass appeal. Cockmongler is an inside joke. But some things are quality and there's no stopping them.
MLP:FiM is good. It doesn't matter that your grandmother is just hearing about Pokemon and won't hear about ponies for another decade -- ponies are good NOW regardless of how poorly connected you are to popular culture. Those of us who ARE connected are under no obligation to wait for your slow asses.

Ponies are NOT THAT GOOD, their followers are JUST THAT ANNOYING. I like a fuckload of shows, but you don't see me starting a damn cult revolving around it, posting pictures of it all the time, or essentially making it my religion.
