mode," or whatever it' s called, and
sheds a single tear which shifts
into the shape of a broken heart.
Discord turned the ponies into their opposite
Element of Harmony.
Twilight' s element was Magic.
What' s the opposite of Magic?
Yup. My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic is
subtlety teaching children that magic and
fantasy are the way of life and that reality is evil
and not a place for them. It' s teaching them to
deny reality and to dwell on their dreams and
fantasies instead of accepting reality and
momentarily suspending their disbelief,
temporarily believing in the ponies.
I realize that little girls, as well as boys, when
they watch cartoons, sometimes believe that
the show is real and the characters are real.
But this goes away at a certain age. The mixed-
moral in question subconsciously plants in the
little girls' minds that the world they live in,
where all is balanced and makes sense, where
science explains the world around them, should
be abandoned for one where there are ponies
with hooves that can grab like hands.
This is not much different from when the
Church fought with Galileo Galilei, and there is
a similar subject as well! In Equestria, it is
said that celestia brings up the Sun and Luna
brings the moon as the Sun sets, but MUCH
PRIOR to the show' s creation, it was proven
that the Earth revolves around the Sun!
