Oki Doki Loki!

I took the libery of cleaning this one up a bit, thanks for uh..."transparancifying" all of them, including this one! I now shower thee with thumbs!

i kinda gave up with the glowing horn......

If you don't mind me asking, could you tell me how the hell you do these?

Like, vector the images/make it have a transparent background around the image?

they're not vectors, vectors are made with math or something.....
i take these into photoshop crop the face i want, and start to take out the background with magic wand tool and clean up the edges with a paintbrush. But pictures with a very complicated background ,like the one below, i selected the face itself and duplicated it into a new layer and erased the edges behind it.

Eh, all i had to do was go into a gimp with the TINIEST BRUSH EVER and erase the excess and make the effect a bit more blue.

And apparently i can't spell "liberty"

But you still did most of the work!
