I just noticed but,It seems that the ponies differ country by country,for example:I have Pinkie Pie,Fluttershy and Twilight,Twilight is the same except the leg that's lifted is the wrong one,Pinkie pie stands on both legs while fluttershy has her front right leg rised to the sky.

Ohhh, I don't think so, she might have been an old popular pony way back then but the only blonde and grey pony now is derpy

Well it's either a pony to be seen later in the show, just a pony they thought as a toy to be sold in stores and happy meals, or an old favored pony they brought back for toy purpose only

so prolly a misc toy just for sales
