Well, that is too. But what most annoy me are the haters and ponyfags.

I think the thing that gets on my nerves the most is when you ARE posting in a pony thread, not a regular FJ thread, and people butt in and get mad at you. All I can ever think of in those situations is, "If you leave me alone, I'll leave you alone."

If you noticed, there are not many pony haters, but the few that do exist are SO FUCKING LOUD that it is believable that they are actually populated in the millions!

Its the same thing with us and ponyfags. There's not many of them but dammit they're loud, so that's all anyone notices.

ok in all seriousness about this stupid situation about rules all started, because we seem to think that we can make everyone happy. well there are always gonna be unhappy because of reason X or reason Y. There are always going to be haters whether there is 1 pony post a day or a 1 million posts. Whether the conent is good or bad someone isnt going to like it just because it is pony. There is always going be those gonna get pissed off about something, hell i get red thumbs and negative comments all the time, but i always keep in mind that haters are going to hate no matter what. so why jump through hoops and get everyone upset when it isnt really going to make a difference to those people. i am going to act how im always gonna act i invite you to do the same. to just not give a fuck and have fun

"Love and Tolerance" is never mentioned in MLP. At all. Ever. It was never an official "rule" that everyone who watches the show must follow, or be kicked out of the clubhouse forever. Those thumbing you down just don't believe that love and tolerance is a set rule for all bronies to follow.

Um, people are allowed to thumb down if they disagree with you. If you're blatantly trolling, we'll thumb you down, just like we thumb down all blatant trolls if they're not funny or creative. no, I understood what you said, I think my comment was a little to hastily written.

my remark towards your statement about homosexuality was referring to how you related being gay = posting pictures of gay man sex. now, I'm not saying that that's what you think of homosexuals, but it's not an effective comparison being made with a subject such as fans of MLP. fans of anything else, such as mass effect or skyrim, can freely post their things at a whim, but when someone sees a pony it's suddenly offensive. I was just pointing out that it wasn't a good comparison, however I can understand that it could be annoying seeing them ALL the time with no let up.

and what I meant to ask was, how do red thumbs contradict "love and tolerance"? we're not flaming anyone, we usually just argue our side, red thumbs just mean disagreement.

posting pictures of gay men having sex will obviously offend people, what would have been more appropriate is if you compared that to bronies posting rule 34 of mlp all over the place, which offends people just as much. you could have compared bronies posting images everywhere to how it'd be like if twilight fans were to post pictures of edward, jacob, or belle everywhere

if anyone says anything negative about anyone, they ALWAYS get thumbs down. you say "I hate pokemon" or "pokemon sucks" on pokemon content, you get thumbed down, samething with anything else that is liked by fans. You talk bad about the fans, you will also get thumbed down, simple as that.

As for the unfunny pictures people post, I agree, they're annoying. They shouldn't be on here, they should be on the pony thread. But even still, if somebody wants to make content, they'll make it. Simple as that. Just like metalheads make content about liking metal, or stoners making content about getting high. As for how you're acting, you're doing what people don't like. You're being an asshole. And no matter what, people will thumb you down for being an asshole, unless that's the joke.
