In winter wrap up, the creators gave her an implied name of "Ditzy Do" while the fans of the show named her "Derpy". Commonly she is referred to as Derpy but it's accepted that her full name is Ditzy 'Derpy' Do.

By who? Vast majority of bronies see her full name as 'Derpy Hooves'
The only name she's given directly (key word) is Derpy. 'Ditzy Do' is never directly related to that pony. In Winter Wrap-Up, towards the end, a gray pony with a purple mane is seen with a large flock of birds. If we're looking at 'implications' then it's safe to say the implication there is that the purple maned pony is Ditzy Do, not the blonde one that is later referred to as Derpy
