What the hell is Gak?

I don't know what Gak is. I don't know what it wants. If it is looking for ransom, I can tell you I don't have money. But what I do have are a very particular set of skills; skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that (probably) make me a nightmare for things like Gak. If you tell me what Gak is now, that'll be the end of it. I will not look for Gak, I will not pursue Gak. But if you don't tell me, I will look for Gak, I will find Gak, and I will kill/eat/drink/play with/throw/catch or wear Gak.
