You actually probably have tons of jumping spiders near you. Obviously because they're so small they're really hard to find.

I doubt there's jumping spiders in England.

Considering the green represents jumping spider habitat, you probably have a few.

But they may be a lot harder to find in England. Actually where I live I've only seen a few before.

They are seriously very small, i have a bunch of brown wolf spiders around but every now and then I'll find one of these cute little guys. The ones that I've seen are bright green.

Huzzah! We have tons of jumping spiders in Houston.

Of course, we have all the scariest bugs outside of Australia too...

These spiders are freaking awesome. This is Rocky, my pet jumping spider. He lives in this aquarium and comes and goes as he pleases. Normally he just stays there, but when I come home from work and sit in my chair he will jump out and come chill on my shoulder. He is my spiderbro.

They're very shy and won't go anywhere/do anything if you try to force them. When I first caught him he wouldn't come near me so I simply fed and cared for him regularly and eventually he would crawl on my hand. After doing this for a month or two he got to the point where when I'd sit down next to me he would crawl on me and now he does it all the time. I leave his aquarium open now and he likes to go crawl along the corners of the ceiling looking for bugs. He comes down at night but he loves it up there. Only thing is I can't move his aquarium otherwise he won't find it.

These jumping spiders aren't poisonous and their bites don't hurt. The jumping was unnerving at first but over time you get used to it. Every now and then he'll bite but it's usually when I've done something inadvertently that might hurt him.
