I think they are a genetic mutation (Which would also account for their larger size) and because they are so different, they are regarded as gods. I know I'm way the **** off with that but that's my opinion.

I just enjoy the fact that such complexity is put into a TV show that was originally targeted for younger girls. It's almost as if they planned on adult men to watch it all along.

There's a theory that the kids of the cul-de-sac are all actually stuck in a pre-hell state. The reason that they are the only characters in the show is because they're the only ones in their world. They're all dead, and due to their deaths being particularly tragic they can't move on. The only exception is the Kankers, which act as demons to the poor kids.

Crazy, but due to the open ends of not actually ever seeing another soul it can be argued.

What about when Eddy's brother shows up in the one episode? I can't remember where but he does come in at one point. That theory is so ****** , my ******* childhood.....OHHH GOD WHY!?

He comes in during a movie. But yeah, it is a really ****** up theory xD
