Recolor is actually something that I am looking for. As I said before I want to make him into a mare. excluding the bow tie and adding wings the such.

Well that can be arranged. You need two programms for simplest recoloring and adding wings:

Vector Magic and Inkscape

First one you must torrent the second is for free.
My method is the fastest way, but because you have the bow tie prob, and must add wings it willstill take about 15-30min depending on your computer and your skills
