"Oh my god, the rate of unemployment is 8.2! 8.2! 8.2! GUYS! 8.2!!!"
"Well yes, that's the lowest it's been throughout Obama's term. Plus, you fail to realize that when you begin bringing troops back from a war, it causes unemployment to skyrocket."
"Well, Mitt Romney would fix it!"
"Really? Because he did such a good job with Bain Capital!"
"WELL HE'LL KEEP THOSE DUMBASS ******* OUT OF OFFICE!!"

And this basically sums up the reason why Obama's going to win this election.

Dumb asses still judge a president on the current serving term, and not the affecting forward years that take 5-10 years to develop the results of his term. "Hurrdurr obama sucks before we even see the affect of what he's done huuuurrr"

below is a couple of **** nuggets that think they know **** about politics and the economy

all some of you do is pick sides without any knowledge on what their agenda is or whats going on with our economy. you are like american idol voters that vote based on how good the other person looks.

you wanna know the truth? in 6-8 years america is about to have the biggest fallout EVER recorded in history. why?
"hurr its because obama is wasting moneyz"
"its because people like romney is out sourcing jobs! derp"

No its because we export NOTHING you ********* . you sit at home all day watching tv and you dont even realize that america barely grows is own food anymore. we get imports from china, mexica, and canada.
our only hope for success was our industrial means, which china does for 100% less than we charge.
in 4-5 years we wont have anymore money to buy anymore food, can you guess what happens then? not to mention the fact that we are wasting money on locking up weed dealers and **** like that

polititians are dirty, corrupt ******** that is clearly stealing money however they can not fix the economy because we dont have anything more to offer.

TL;DR?
you are so ****** and you dont even know it yet.
if you can get ready to move to canada, if you cant buy as much silver (not gold) as you can while sustaining your financial status.

8.2% unemployment? That's absurd. Try 30-40%. The "official 8.2%" doesn't account for people who have been looking for work more than a certain amount of time and people who have given up looking for work.

Unemployment spiked in 2008.(inb4 "lol, spiked obama's first year", you can't get **** done in congress at anything faster than a snail stuck on glue's pace)
The Stimulus was introduced in 2009.
Ever since, unemployment has been going down.

Romney is rich, yes. Why? Because he worked for companies who bought out other companies, many times shutting down/closing down branches or entire companies themselves, killing jobs, to only go on and get every cent of the money they had been promised for "saving the business".

Romney also has **** social rights ideas(gay marriage & women's rights to their own bodies)

Romney has tons of things wrong with him, including he's rich. Anyone liking this post is only looking at the information shown, not anything past it, which is what matters the most.

Seriusly . You can say many things about Obama , that he is a killer , that he has ****** up the world economy . But seriusly complaing about Unemployment ?
GTFO!

Saying "you can't get mad at 8.2 because Greece has 22.6" is like kicking someone in the balls and saying "hey, at least you didn't get shot". It still sucks, especially when the government has to pay social services for all those unemployed people and add to our already astronomical deficit.

The unemployment has been creeping down painfully slowly. It's still higher than it was when Obama took office and it's been flat all summer which means that it could very likely increase again when the fall layoffs start. It's still bad and it's still very good case for why Obama should be voted out.

As a British citizen i am just going to let the Americans scrap it out in the comment section, you know... seeing as everyone and their dog knows how to fix their country's multi billion dollar debt.

Actually the unemployment rate is calculated based on those who are unemployed and WANT to work. Those such as the homeless, and the willingly unemployed like stay at home parents are not part of the calculations.

Honestly the whole world's economy is ****** up now, it's why social issues will probably decide my vote. I don't think either of the candidates has a good economic plan.

Politics is never clean and politicians are never liked or that good.
Even though I agree with Obama's ideas, and am more liberal than conservative, anyone running the country will have ups and downs. Some more downs than ups, and that's what they get remembered for, unfortunately.
