Just because it relatively looks about the same as the 2012 one, doesn't mean that it's a small amount of money it's about. Even if it's just 0.05 trillions, you will miss it really hard.
To be completely honest, I somehow doubt that is anywhere close to being accurately or validly "inflation adjusted".
In fact I looked it up and it's complete bullshit. The U.S. budget in 1920 was $291,000,000, and a 1920 dollar is worth $12.15 today, do the math and that comes out to $3,535,650,000 which is 3.5 trillion dollars, just under the 2010ish budgets.
